Where is balance? It is inside us. It can exist in any environment, and in any set of conditions. Even when our body is shaking, our mind can be balanced and still.
Inner balance does not come without effort. It is waiting to be discovered, and when found we can connect to it, and we can stay connected. In fact, it is a simple practice that can get us there, but it is not an easy one.
