Each week will build intentionally, blending mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to support detoxification, balance the nervous system, and restore vitality after the slower winter months. Classes will include a mix of grounding flows, gentle strength, deep stretching, and guided relaxation, with subtle seasonal themes woven throughout.
This series is not about pushing or perfecting—it’s about listening, softening, and creating space. You’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms, leaving each class feeling lighter, clearer, and more rooted.
