The Worm Moon rises as the earth begins to soften.
Frozen ground loosens. Life stirs beneath the surface.
What was dormant starts to move again.
This full moon marks the true turning toward spring—not the loud bloom, but the quiet reawakening. The moment when the soil remembers how to breathe. When we do, too.
Traditionally named for the worms that emerge as the ground thaws, the Worm Moon is a symbol of renewal, regeneration, and subtle momentum. It reminds us that growth doesn’t always announce itself—it begins underground, unseen, slow and intentional.
Energetically, this moon asks us to check in with what’s ready to shift. What patterns are loosening? What beliefs are no longer frozen in place? What parts of you are quietly asking for nourishment?
Astrologically, this full moon amplifies themes of transition, discernment, and embodied clarity. Emotions may feel closer to the surface, intuition sharper, and the desire for alignment stronger than usual. This is a powerful time to release what no longer supports your becoming—and to consciously choose what you’ll tend as the season changes.
Our practice will be grounded, fluid, and intentional—a blend of steady movement, breath, and ritual. Expect slow, mindful sequences to wake the body, moments of stillness to listen inward, and space to honor both release and renewal. We’ll close with grounding and reflection, anchoring new intentions into the body like seeds in warming soil.
This is not about rushing toward spring.
It’s about preparing the ground.
Come as you are—tender, hopeful, tired, curious.
The earth is changing.
You’re allowed to change with it.
