The Spring Equinox is a sacred pause in the dance between light and dark. A moment of perfect equilibrium where day and night sit in equal measure and balance. It marks the moment the earth tilts back toward the sun, whispering to the seeds deep underground that it is finally time to wake up.

After the long, inward slumber of winter, we gather in a circle; to connect, awaken and physically, mentally begin to stretch out, unfurl in alignment with nature .

Join us for this special 'Spring Equinox Circle Celebration' focusing on balance, renewal, awakening and aligning intentions with the growing season.

When we move and breathe together, we mirror the harmony of the universe. There is a unique beauty in witnessing each other "unfurl." In a world that often feels rushed, coming together to share tea, snacks, stillness, to listen and flow acknowledges that we are part of a larger rhythm.

6:15-7:30pm
Spring Equinox Wake-Up Yoga Flow with Jules
A yoga flow practice designed for all levels (including beginners) that uses nature-inspired yoga pose sequences to "awaken and unfurl” whiles building a stable, rooted foundation, focus and inner peace.

7:30-8pm
Nourishment
A social break with herbal tea and a healthy nourishing snack provided for "snack & chat" time

8-9pm Sound Meditation with Carly
A special Sound Meditation to celebrate the Spring Equinox. We'll begin with a short guided meditation to connect to nature, using observations of the natural world to reflect on our inner landscape and set intentions, leading into a deep, restful immersion in vibrations and frequencies of singing bowls, sun gong, chimes, and therapeutic percussion.
