Sourdough Bread Baking 101

Learn the skills of baking sourdough bread in this hands-on class. You will be guided through a beginner-friendly recipe covering the basics of a true sourdough starter through mixing & proofing, plus shaping & scoring techniques. Leave with bread dough in progress & a sourdough starter.
