A sound meditation is a deep listening practice where the sounds of the instruments guide you into a meditative state that provides space for you to listen to what’s happening within your body, mind, and emotions; your inner landscape. In this restful, meditative state, your body is encouraged to soften, helping to regulate your nervous system and open up your body’s natural restorative abilities, and may help you to tune into your emotions, imagination, and intuition.

Mats, blankets and bolsters are available at the studio, and you are welcome to bring any extra cushions, pillows and blankets to help you be as cosy and comfortable as possible. We recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.

Carly Seller is a somatic and sound healer, and artist. She weaves together sound and energy healing, movement, and creative practice into playful and restful experiences for inner reflection and self-expression. Her approach is embodied and spiritual, creating space for listening to the languages of the body and experiencing the elements through the body, as ways to access your inner wisdom.
