Honest Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program is a 5-month journey designed for those craving deeper understanding, personal growth, and new opportunities—whether that’s in your yoga practice, your career, or simply how you show up in the world.

This program isn’t about achieving the “perfect pose.” It’s about uncovering your unique voice, expanding your knowledge, and building confidence in ways that ripple far beyond the mat.

Our training is comprehensive and accessible, with 13 in-person sessions, two detailed manuals, thoughtfully curated readings, and take-home work to help you integrate what you learn. Along the way, you’ll be supported by a community of like-minded individuals and experienced teachers who genuinely care about your growth.

As an approved school through Yoga Alliance and the Minnesota State Private Education Department, you can rest assured this program meets the highest standards. Plus, you’ll have the added benefit of earning continuing education credits through the Minnesota Board of Psychology.

Asana Study: Understand proper alignment to move with purpose.
Anatomy Principles: Learn how the body works to enhance your teaching.
Art of Sequencing: Create meaningful, intentional flows for your students.
Practicing Yoga Off the Mat: Bring yoga into your everyday life.
Prop Use: Discover how to adapt poses for all bodies.
The Subtle Body: Dive into chakras and energy channels.
Pranayama Techniques: Experience the power of breath.
Finding Your Voice: Develop confidence in your unique teaching style.
Yoga History and Philosophy: Connect to yoga’s rich tradition.
Special Populations Yoga: Learn to work with diverse needs.
The Business of Yoga: Gain tools to grow and sustain your teaching career.
THIS PROGRAM MEETS ON THE FOLLOWING WEEKENDS:

September 20-21
October 11-12
November 1-2
November 22-23
December 13-14
January 10-11
January 31

Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Every session is recorded so if you need to miss one weekend, we can accommodate missed time. You can also zoom in with our savvy technology if need be. 

Payment Options:

1) Pay in Full and Receive $300 off! The program cost is $3100

OR

2) Sign up for 6 Month Payment Plan-Installments of $567 over six months*

Tuition includes 17 classes at Honest Yoga.
