Join me for a relaxing Sound Bath in the lovely Hemerdon Village Hall where you will have the choice to grab a herbal tea on arrival, snuggle down and enjoy the gentle sounds of a restful Sound Bath.
Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable laying on the floor on sitting on a chair.
