Adding an extra touch of magic this year, we are delighted to have the cast of Scrooge! The Musical, from the Plymouth Theatre Company who will be joining The Lord Mayor of Plymouth, Councillor Kathy Watkin, will be joined on stage by Santa and Mrs Doubtfire from the Theatre Royal Plymouth, to lead the countdown to light up the city centre with colour and Christmas cheer
