About the event

Olympic Clean Workshop

Hosted at Reforge Fitness. Presenters include Josh Dahm (Owner of Reforge Fitness and Personal Trainer) and Tom Graf (Owner of Trailhead Sports and Recovery and Physical Therapist).

If you are interested in Olympic lifts and learning form and mechanics for the Clean this is for you. The workshop will cover proper completion along with education on common limitations/restrictions for completing the Clean. Common solutions with mobility exercise will also be presented to improve form and mechanics with the Clean.
