Far-right groups online have called for demonstrations in cities across the UK on Saturday 24th May under the farcical banner of “National Strike” – though they are not backed by any unions. They are trying to intimidate local shops into shutting down on the day. Their so-called “strike” is in favour of attacks on immigrants and Asian communities, tax exemptions for millionaire farmers, and climate change-denying conspiracy theories.

Supported by Plymouth Trades Council, Plymouth Stand Up To Racism, Plymouth in Unison, Plymouth National Education Union, Palestine Solidarity Campaign Plymouth branch, Plymouth Women's Network, and more.

We need to show the far right that Plymouth is not a soft target -- just as we did back in August.
