In addition to these three magical and practical days, you will receive personalised daily support in the form of emails and videos to help you implement what you learn and start a life-long practice that will have a profound impact on your wellbeing, relationships and performance.

On arrival in the Elizabethan Suite you will be warmly greeted with tea, coffee and pastries.

Our Mind Mastery expert trainers will then engage you in thought-provoking and insightful activities to develop your awareness of Self helping you to see your thinking and behaviour through a different lens. The morning's activities will be interspersed with tea, coffee and cookies as mid-morning refreshments.

Lunch is served as a healthy two course buffet with a walk in the beautiful grounds to clear your mind.

Join the Mind Mastery team for an afternoon of tools, specifically suited to your "You-niqueness", activating your journey to Mind Mastery. Served with tea, coffee and delicious cakes.

On Sunday the 8th March, we will celebrate your completion of the programme and your place in the world as a woman with an International Women's Day 2026 Goodie Bag.

Is there disabled access?

We regret to inform you that the Elizabethan Suite does not currently have disabled access.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Parking at the venue is free.

Are they three separate events or one event over three dates?

This is a single programme delivered over three separate dates. Each day builds on the last.

Is it possible to only attend one or two days?

No. This is a single programme delivered over three dates. To experience the best outcomes we highly recommend you plan to attend all three days.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. We will refund all monies paid minus £200 to cover administration costs and any additional costs incurred by attendance at one or more of the dates. For a copy of the full refund policy, please contact the organiser.
