- **Event Description**: The Grounds of Crownhill Fort are open from 11am to 4pm on Saturday 18th July and you are invited to come and see one of Britain's finest Victorian sites. 

This event is a collaboration with Devonport Naval Heritage Centre who will be bringing part of their collection to Crownhill Fort. In effect, your visit will encompass two museums in one place.

Confirmed activities taking place on the day:
- Have a go at sending a signal using Semaphore - all day
- Build a model arch and see how strong it is - all day
- Explore recreated barracks from the 1890s and 1940s - all day
- Guided walks around the North Caponier - 2.00pm and 2.30pm
- Firing of a Field Gun on the Parade Ground - 3.00pm

Admission costs £5 adults, £3 children, parking at £2.50 per vehicle. You can buy advance tickets by clicking the ticket link on this page. Any unsold tickets will be offered for sale on the day using cash only.
