About Lauren: Lauren found yoga at a young age and practiced on and off over the years. In 2017, she started showing up on her mat more regularly, but it wasn’t until Yoga Home reopened in 2022 that yoga really became a steady part of her life. Initially drawn to the physical benefits, she soon discovered how powerful yoga could be in supporting her mental health and overall well-being. Lauren believes in meeting yourself exactly where you are, knowing that how you show up can look different every day—and that’s totally okay. In her classes, she aims to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported and encouraged to explore their practice. Her hope is that you leave feeling a little more connected, both on and off the mat. She is a graduate of Yoga Home's 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Program.
