In our October class, Chef Davey will guide you through combining rich pumpkin, velvety Wisconsin potatoes, and warm aromatic curry spices into a smooth, soul-warming seasonal dish that is his own recipe. WHAT TO EXPECT
• Fuel Up: Enjoy snacks and a cocktail to start the class as we dive into the recipe. All recipe supplies and ingredients are included.
• Hands-On Culinary Learning: Master the art of balancing rich fall produce with warming spices to create a creamy, velvety curry soup from scratch.
• Community Seating: Reserved tables are not available. You’ll seat yourself, so please plan accordingly if you are attending with a group. You may be sitting with others—a great chance to make some new foodie friends!
