Learn to make Irish Colcannon! You’ll master a traditional, delicious comfort food that features two amazing Wisconsin-grown crops: potatoes and cabbage. Join the Spud of the Month club and connect with your fellow foodies!

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Fuel Up: Enjoy snacks and a cocktail to start the class as we dive into the recipe. All recipe supplies and ingredients are included.
• Community Seating: Reserved tables are not available. You’ll seat yourself, so please plan accordingly if you are attending with a group. You may be sitting with others—a great chance to make some new foodie friends!
