• Cost: $25 per person
• Suggested Age: 16+
• Capacity: 30 participants
• Registration open through Friday, August 21st
• Practice led by Blu Bird Yoga

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Guided Practice: A 1-hour yoga session suitable for all levels, held in the unique, light-filled atmosphere of our greenhouse.
• Explore More: Your ticket includes free admission to Food + Farm Exploration Center exhibits for the rest of the day.
• Fuel Your Morning: Receive a coupon for a free beverage from Colorful Plate Café to enjoy after your session.
• Come Back & Visit: Each participant will receive a BOGO coupon to return and explore the center again in the future!
• What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Please note: the Greenhouse has a cement floor, so come prepared if you prefer additional cushion. During warmer months, the Greenhouse temperature will rise and could be between 80-90° F.
