Gratitude Restorative Stretch Donation Class

The Gratitude Restorative Stretch on November 24th benefits the Roosevelt Elementary Healthy Meals Backpack Program. This program supports and provides food to 60 Roosevelt families on the weekends, vacations and days off from school when they may not otherwise afford it.

This specific class will be designed to use blocks, blankets and bodyweight for stretch and relaxation. If you are interested in the opportunity to have a yoga bolster (firm yoga pillow) to support your practice you can donate an additional $10 through Blu Bird Yoga Studio.
