🫀 Heart Vessels: Creating a Container for Pain
Art Your Grief | March | Self-Harm Awareness Month
In March, we gather to explore alternatives to self-harm through gentle, hands-on creation.
Using air-dry clay, we will shape heart vessels. Not as art objects looking for perfection, but as containers to hold our pain. Places where pain, grief, urges, and heavy emotions can go instead of turning inward.
This workshop is about:
• Containment instead of suppression
• Choice instead of harm
• Honoring depression and mental health without fixing or minimizing it
You do not need to be an artist.
You do not need to finish your piece.
You do not need to share to attend.
You are welcome to simply sit, listen, and be held by the conversation.
