To celebrate the release of PROJECT HAIL MARY, we're planning an opening weekend that's out of this world. Regular screenings begin #AtTheJBFC Theater on Friday, March 20—join us for opening night, or stop by Saturday and Sunday for two very special events!

Following the screening on Saturday, March 21 at 1:05 PM, Pace University professor and writer Dana Jaye Cadman will lead an informal conversation upstairs in Take 3 Wine Bar & Café about how science fiction writers build imaginative worlds and characters that bring science fiction stories to life.

Or, swing by Sunday, March 22 at 4:30 for a scientific take on this sci-fi epic, as Hudson River Museum Director and CEO Masha Turchinsky introduces the screening. Then, after the film ends, Senior Manager of Planetarium and Science Programs Marc Taylor will lead a discussion upstairs in Take 3 Wine Bar & Café exploring the science behind the story.
