Join Herbalist, Clare Pierson, for an exploration of the medicinal properties of herbs. This class will cover herbs that we already have in our kitchens that can be used to support us as we move through this time of year.
We’ll learn basic medicine making techniques and make salve for everyone to take home. Depending on the weather, we may embark on a W**d walk to observe herbs in their natural environment.
Wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing and bring a notebook to take notes.
Meet in the art gallery at the Visitor’s Center, no pets please.
Max: 18 people.
Parking: $6 per vehicle.
