Cacao, breathwork & journaling circle

An in-person gathering designed to cultivate peace this Holiday season. If you are anything like me (Jenny), I find that I am still pinching myself that it is already December. We will use breathwork, cacao, journaling and connection to help us find presence & end the year in alignment rather than exhaustion. It will be a time to slow down, reconnect and regulate our nervous system for a joyful and present end of the year.
