Create space for what comes next.Join us for an immersive evening of guided breathwork and sound healing designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and release what may no longer be serving you.We often carry more than we realize—stress, expectations, old emotions, limiting beliefs, tension, and experiences that our bodies haven't had the opportunity to fully process. This evening is an invitation to set some of that weight down. We'll begin by settling into the space with grounding and intention before moving into a guided tri-active breathwork journey facilitated by Teddy of Inner Realms.Using a rhythmic, connected breathing pattern, you'll be guided through an intentional journey of self-exploration and emotional release. Breathwork can help quiet the thinking mind, bring awareness into the body, and create space to experience whatever is ready to arise. There is nothing you need to force.Nothing you need to figure out.Simply breathe, listen, and allow your experience to unfold. Then, we integrate.Following breathwork, Josh will guide you into an immersive sound bath, allowing you to rest deeply while the vibrations of sound fill the space. After the activation and movement of breathwork, the sound bath offers an opportunity to soften, receive, and integrate your experience.Together, breath and sound create a powerful journey:Breathe. Release. Receive. Return. What to ExpectYour 90-minute experience will include:Arrival, grounding & intention settingGuided meditationFacilitated tri-active breathworkIntentional moments of emotional releaseBreath holds & integrationImmersive sound bath facilitated by JoshQuiet grounding and closingEvery breathwork experience is different.
