Come join us for powerful healing.
Lay in savasana and let the sounds of the crystal alchemy bowls, Koshi chimes, Ocean Drum, Old Wise Earth Gong and more as they work their magic.

The session will begin with intention setting, a guided meditation while lying in savasana and then let go as you set out on a sound meditation journey complemented by the cosmic vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Lyre, and Gongs these healing frequencies work on a cellular level to calm your mind, body, and spirit as you release what no longer serves you, raise your vibration, and manifest your intentions.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that assists in emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Combine with reiki to further assist in a clients healing process.

During a Sound Journey you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being.

Benefits of a Sound Journey and Reiki include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, improved immunity, as well as a renewed sense of well-being, calm, balance, connection, and overall happiness.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for setup. 
Doors open at 3:45 PM.

We have a limited supply of props available to share, though bringing your own is encouraged for maximum comfort.

Suggested items to bring:
• Yoga mat or camping pad
• Blanket(s) + pillow
• Eye mask/eye pillow (optional)
• Anything needed to remain comfortable while lying down for approximately 45 minutes

We recommend dressing in layers and bringing an extra blanket if you tend to get cold. 

Important:
• All phones, smart watches, and electronic devices must be completely turned off and left in the lobby.
• Personal belongings should remain in the outer lobby area.
• If you wear hearing aids, please remove them before the sound bath begins.

No experience is needed. Every body is welcome.

Sound works deeply within the body, and staying well hydrated can help support the experience and integration process.
