This Reiki level 1 class will be a hybrid of in-person lessons and practice with follow up meetings via Zoom/or in-person. The lessons will take 4 weeks to complete.
The first lesson will be in-person at Gem Goddess Emporium on Sunday January 18th 2026 from 11 AM to 3 PM. The following discussions will be held via Zoom and/or in person once a week for 1 hour for the next 3 weeks, for a total of 4 group meetings. Dates and times of the following 3 meetings to be determined by availability.
In this class students will learn the basic fundamentals of Usui Reiki which was developed by founder Mikao Usui in Japan. This class will cover Reiki level 1, where the main focus will be on learning how to give yourself reiki.
There will be time for breaks, discussion, and experience. All students in this class will receive Reiki level 1 attunement and a Certificate of completion.
This class will prepare you for the self healing touch of Reiki along with teaching you self-care practices to help support you along your journey.
The cost of this Reiki level 1 class is $200.
* I will also be offering a Reiki level 2 class on Sunday February 15th 2026 (Reiki level 1 is a pre-requisite). And a Reiki Master Class on Sunday March 15th 2026.
**Reiki level 1 is a pre-requisite for Reiki Practitioner (Reiki level 2). Reiki level 2 is a pre-requisite for Reiki Master. Each class level costs $200.
