Is your kiddo having a hard time sleeping through the night? Feeling scared in their room or struggling to feel safe at bedtime?

Join us for a special workshop designed to help kids feel empowered protected and safe in their own space.

In this magical and supportive hour your child will:
• Learn how to clear their space 
• Receive special rocks for protection and clearing
• Make their own Sleep Shield Spray to use each night
• Learn simple energy basics and how to use their own energy for comfort and protection
• Connect with other kids who share similar bedtime struggles

This is a gentle encouraging space where kids can explore their own inner power and feel supported—both by the group and by their grown-up. A parent or guardian is required to attend with their child so you can continue the support together at home.
