This friendly, team-style competition is designed for ALL fitness levels — from first-timers to seasoned athletes. Each event combines fitness, teamwork, and strategy, so every teammate has a chance to shine.
🏋️♀️ Teams of 4: 2 females + 2 males
🎯 What to expect: Fun, challenging workouts that reward teamwork and smart strategy (not just brute strength!). There is also a costume contest and prizes!
🎅 Who can participate: Everyone! Non-members are welcome and encouraged — bring your friends, family, or co-workers!
