- **Event Description**: The Fall Equinox is an equilibrium where the day and night stand equal, reminding us to balance the light and dark within ourselves.  The inner harvest is a time to celebrate and give thanks for the physical and personal fruits of our hard work.  It encourages us to let go of habits, thoughts, or things that no longer serve us.  We turn inward, inviting rest, healing, and deep reflection. 

10:00-10:30am      Opening Ceremony
Jenny will provide an overview of the day and set intentions, creating a sacred space for all to learn, explore, and heal on the soul level. Bring an open mind and allow yourself to journey within through the planned experiences and activities. Sound clearing and sacred smoke may be used in this ceremony.

10:30-12:00pm  Fall Equinox Energy 
Explore the fall equinox themes of manifesting, harvesting, working through fear, and ways we need to be resting and reflecting this season.  This is a period of trusting in yourself and the universe. A time to celebrate what you have accomplished over the last year of your life. Evaluate if you are still aligned with your goals, reinvigorate them, and make any necessary changes. Identify things that you need to continue to let go of for new energy to come in. 
Participate in a Soul Calling Manifestation Guided Visualization.  Use wish paper to send your intentions into the wind/ether so the universe can manifest them. 

12:00-1:00pm  Gourmet lunch & Alchemy Speakeasy(Provided Onsite)

1:00-2:30pm Crescent Moon Wreaths
The Crescent Moon represents new beginnings,  growth, intuition, and rebirth. Use flowers, moss, crystals, ribbon, fairy lights, and more to decorate and create your original piece.  The waxing crescent, growing, represents hope, setting goals, and building toward the future.  The waning crescent, shrinking, represents letting go, rest, reflection, and the ending of a cycle.  Create a unique piece of symbolic art with wire or grapevine and decorate your personal wreath.  (Ticket includes all materials)

2:30-3:30pm  Breathwork to change your Frequency,  Evan Joyce 
Participate in a high-vibration guided journey as special guest Evan Joyce will be guiding breathwork, meditation, and frequency work.   At the retreat, Evan will offer group meditation and breathwork sessions designed to help participants settle into this deeper state of awareness, as well as optional individual readings for those who want a more personalized experience after the activities. 

3:30-4:00pm  Afternoon Break (Drinks and snacks will be available)

4:00-5:00pm   Forest’s Edge Somatic Movement,  Hannah Joyce
Experience the power of forest bathing through the ritual of (Shinrin-Yoku). Practice natures rituals of moving energy, breathwork, visualization, and using vibration to connect to the unseen world. Guests will be able to share their experiences, the physical feelings of energy, movement, and breathwork. Through slow, intentional cycles of breath and movement, we will awaken the body’s innate vitality.  Special guest Hannah Joyce will be guiding a somatic movement group. 

5:00-5:30pm   Closing Fire Ceremony
Jenny will lead a powerful fire ceremony to release old patterns, beliefs, or energy that no longer serve us.  As we reflect on the day, guests are encouraged to share what they experienced throughout the day. We will close our sacred space, integrate the lessons of the day, and identify ways we can continue to reveal our inner light to the world.
