Your thoughts, emotions, body, environment, and intentions are constantly interacting—and influencing how you feel, respond, and move through the world. The Frequency Shift is an immersive, hands-on workshop where we move beyond simply talking about energy and begin experiencing it. You’ll learn to: Sense it. Read it. Sound it. Move it. Shift it. Throughout this 3-hour experience, we’ll explore energy, vibration, resonance, sound, movement, intention, and personal awareness through practical exercises and energetic tools. You’ll experience: • Pendulums + dowsing rods • Crystal singing bowls + tuning forks • Humming, toning + vocal vibration • Frequency generator tones • Energy + resonance experiments • Sacred geometry + frequency concepts • Intuitive and energetic awareness practices • A take-home Frequency Shift workbook This workshop is perfect for beginners, empaths, intuitives, sound healing enthusiasts, anyone curious about quantum physics and frequency, or anyone wanting practical tools for grounding, energetic awareness, and self-regulation. No previous experience is necessary. Come curious. You do not need to believe anything specific. Simply experience the practices, observe what you notice, and discover what resonates with you. Your energy is not static. It responds to sound. To movement. To attention. To intention. To environment. To you. Learn to tune your energy—and intentionally choose the frequency you return to. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Misty Rainwater is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Level III, Quantum Healing Practitioner, Energy Healer, Meditation & Astral Guide, and Past-Life Facilitator devoted to helping others reconnect with the deeper intelligence of the body, energy, and soul. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about awakening what is already within you. With more than a decade of experience as a therapist in the field of psychology, Misty came to understand that meaningful transformation often extends beyond the conscious mind. That realization led her into the subtle realms of energy, emotion, vibration, consciousness, and embodied healing, where she began developing practices designed to help people experience change not only intellectually, but physically and energetically. Blending intuitive channeling, Reiki, sound and frequency work, crystal therapy, essential oil alchemy, breath, somatic movement, guided meditation, and astral exploration, Misty creates immersive experiences that bridge the seen and unseen. She is the creator of **The Frequency Shift Workshop**, an experiential exploration of sound, vibration, energy, and energetic alignment, and **Somatic Flow**, a body-centered practice that combines intentional movement, breathwork, vibration, chakra work, and energetic integration to help participants build greater body awareness, move emotional energy, and reconnect with themselves from within. Whether working one-on-one or guiding a group experience, Misty’s approach is designed to support energetic clearing, deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation, intuitive development, and reconnection with the Higher Self. Her work centers on the understanding that everything is energy—and that when you **shift your frequency, you shift your experience of reality.** At the heart of everything she creates is one invitation: **Remember who you are.** Not by searching outside yourself. Not by becoming someone else. But by returning to the wisdom, energy, and truth that have been within you all along. **You are not here to be fixed. You are here to awaken, release, expand, and remember.** - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/plano/the-frequency-shift-with-misty-rainwater-sat-10-17-11am/200030814392144 - **Event Categories**: Workshops, health-wellness - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 ## Ticket Details ## Event venue details - **city**: Plano - **state**: TX - **country**: United States - **location**: 901 W Parker Rd Ste 121, Plano, TX, United States, Texas 75023 - **lat**: 33.04198 - **long**: -96.71316 - **full address**: 901 W Parker Rd Ste 121, Plano, TX, United States, Texas 75023 ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: The Frequency Shift with Misty Rainwater - Sat 10/17 @ 11am - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events10/banners/3f0fd256e552e722c2e484f29b428dab8e6b1fbd93b59048822579f5768c1c30-rimg-w1200-h628-dc080808-gmir?v=1791595543 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is The Frequency Shift with Misty Rainwater - Sat 10/17 @ 11am being held? - **A:** The Frequency Shift with Misty Rainwater - Sat 10/17 @ 11am takes place on Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 11:00 am to Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 02:00 pm at 901 W Parker Rd Ste 121, Plano, TX, United States, Texas 75023. - **Q**: Who is organizing The Frequency Shift with Misty Rainwater - Sat 10/17 @ 11am? - **A:** The Frequency Shift with Misty Rainwater - Sat 10/17 @ 11am is organized by DFW Crystals. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
