In the middle of a busy week, sometimes what we need most is a moment to breathe, to remember who we are, and to reconnect
with what truly matters. The Goddess Moments series offers just that—a gentle, soul-nourishing pause once a month for women
seeking a deeper connection to themselves and to others on the path.

Each session invites you into a sacred space of calm and clarity, with time to reflect, share, and explore themes that are both
personal and universal. You’ll experience a guided meditation, meaningful conversation, and powerful prompts to help you
integrate your insights into daily life.

This season’s themes explore how we live our truth, honor our rhythms, and trust our inner knowing. Whether you’re navigating
change, feeling spiritually curious, or simply craving time for yourself, you are welcome here.

11/12 - The Beauty of Unfinished Things. Letting go of perfection to live what’s true. Not everything needs to be complete to be sacred. This circle explores the spiritual grace in loose ends, evolving paths, and works-in-progress— especially ourselves. Through meditation and conversation, we’ll honor your unfolding process and explore how honoring what’s real (rather than what’s ideal) deepens trust, softens judgment, and allows room for organic, soul-rooted growth.

12/03 - Returning to Your Rhythm. Living from your own natural timing and truth. There’s not just one way to live a sacred life—only your way. This circle helps you recognize when you’ve fallen out of sync with your natural rhythm—and how to gently return. We’ll explore divine timing, energy cycles, and what it means to lead yourself from within. When you honor your pace, you honor your power. And when you return to your rhythm, you return to yourself.

01/07/26 - Everyday Sacred: Living Your Truth Out Loud! Let your life become a reflection of who you really are. This circle explores how the sacred shows up in everyday choices—the way you speak, rest, move, and relate. We’ll reflect on what it means to live from your values, trust your inner voice, and become a steward of your own alignment. As you live more from your essence, you ripple wholeness into the world around you—reminding us all that the personal is profoundly spiritual.

This class will be held in person at DFW Crystals located at 901 W Parker Rd. Ste 121 Plano, TX 75023.
