Turkey Trot Plano Nov 2025 Volunteering

Welcome to the Turkey Trot Plano Nov 2025 Volunteering event! Join us in person to help make this event a success. As a volunteer, you'll get the chance to be part of the excitement and support the participants. Whether you're assisting with registration, promoting wellness products, handing out water, or cheering on the runners, your help is invaluable. Sign up now to be a part of the fun!

Info: Upon arrival an All Community Events team member will meet with the volunteers. Please sign-in and mention that you are volunteering with The Source of Hope.

Info: Once registration is closed, the tents will be used for food primarily. Volunteers will help organize the food and monitor it while participants are finishing. Shirt exchanging will also be going on as well.

Info: Course marshals will be placed on the course and help direct the participants so they run the correct direction. Here we ask the volunteers to be as enthusiastic as possible, encouraging the runners to have a good time.

Info: Volunteers assigned to the water station will fill up cups of water and help distribute them to passing participants.

Info: Volunteers will help with the process of participants checking in. They will check if the participant is registered by last name and if so then give them their race materials. Some volunteers will also assist with the process of new participants signing up the day of the race.
