Craig’s parents made jerky and pickles as snacks and gifts for neighbors, sparking the early inspiration for High Seas Provisions.After serving nearly 10 active years in the US Navy, Craig found himself reading cookbooks and researching recipes that took him back to the places he got to visit in his travels.
