Check-In & Warm-Up Matches begin promptly at 9:00 AM Please arrive early to check in, warm up, and enjoy some complimentary donuts before play begins. Tournament Schedule Morning Session: Men's Doubles & Women's Doubles Afternoon Session: 2.5–3.0 Division & Mixed Doubles Please plan your arrival accordingly. Food & Drinks Complimentary food and water will be provided throughout the day. We will also have several wonderful vendors on-site offering boba tea, specialty drinks, and desserts for purchase, so don't forget to bring a little cash! ? DIVISION FORMAT Each division will consist of approximately 10–14 doubles teams and will be split into two groups: ? Group A ? Group B Depending on registration numbers: 10 Teams Total: 5 teams in Group A, 5 teams in Group B 14 Teams Total: 7 teams in Group A, 7 teams in Group B ? ROUND ROBIN PLAY Teams will compete only against teams within their assigned group. Number of Matches Groups of 5 teams: Each team plays 4 matches Groups of 7 teams: Each team plays 6 matches Scoring Games played to 11 points No win-by-2 requirement No side switching ? PLAYOFFS The Top 4 teams from each group will advance to the playoff bracket. Total Playoff Teams 8 teams per division Playoff Format Single-Elimination Bracket Games played to 15 points Win by 2 points No side switching ? THIRD-PLACE MATCH The two semifinal teams that do not advance to the championship match will compete for Third Place. One game to 15 points Win by 2 points No side switching ? CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH The Championship Final will be played as: Best 2 out of 3 games Games played to 11 points Win by 2 points Teams switch sides after each completed game If a third game is needed, teams switch sides when one team reaches 6 points ? TIEBREAKERS If two or more teams finish with the same win-loss record, rankings will be determined by: Point Differential (Total Points Scored − Total Points Allowed) If still tied, Tournament Directors will determine the next tiebreaking method. PRIZES 1st Place: $200 For 3.5-4.0 1st Place: $150 All other divisions 2nd Place: Pickleball Bag 3rd Place: Lifetime Balls RAFFLE We also have raffle prizes for the day too! Each ticket is $2 or 12 tickets for $20.
