Let's Run Cancer Out of Town - Icla da Silva Foundation 5K

The Icla da Silva Foundation invites you to make every step count in the fight against cancer at our 5K. This community-focused run/walk takes place on Friday, July 12, 2025, at 8 AM at Windhaven Meadows Park in Plano, Texas. The uplifting event includes live music, and brings together local runners, families, and supporters in an inspiring show of solidarity for patients with life-threatening blood disorders.

This 5K isn’t just about crossing the finish line, it’s about helping patients who are struggling to reach their cure. All proceeds from the event will support low-income patients in need of a bone marrow transplant, as they face enormous financial and emotional obstacles on the path to treatment.
