Fallout RPG (2D20 System) -Red Skies of the Skarval

The players have finally recovered the illusive Water Chip for an old abandon Texas Instruments Facility that was making the Water Chips before the War. On the way back, the players run across a Cleric from the Brotherhood of Steel named Luther Zobia. He was sent on a quest to investigate and recover tech from a group of fairly violent Zetan's who have been developing some kind of experimental Power Armor. They notice Luther has a relatively crude looking left prosthetic arm and has buried his sorrows in the bottom of a bottle. He is willing to negotiate his information to give the players a chance of a lifetime treasure!
