Cooking class - Brunch: Salmon quiche, Asparagus - BYOB

Join us to learn the art of making a fantastic brunch! With our expert chef guiding you, explore techniques and enjoy making your own delicious dishes.

Menu:

• Asparagus Wrapped with Homemade Herbed Fresh Cheese: Fresh asparagus and herbed creamed cheese wrapped in prosciuto.
• Smoked Salmon Quiche: Home made crust, fresh herbs, smoked salmon and custard.
• Spinach Salad: Fresh spinach topped with orange supremes and nuts, finished with a homemade Dijon vinaigrette.
• Crêpe Suzette: Crêpes served with a orange caramel sauce and a splash of brandy.

About the class:
