Panera Dining Out Night!

Rules & Restrictions
1. Donation determined by pre-tax sales from participating orders.
Minimum sales requirement of $100
($20 donation).
2. Flyers may not be passed out in or around the cafe during your event.
3. A printed or electronic version of the flyer must be shown when ordering at the bakery cafe.
4. Purchasing gift cards, catering orders, and third-party delivery orders are excluded and will not count towards event sales totals.
5. Fundraising event requests are not guaranteed unless submitting organization (if accepted,
"Organization") receives a
confirmation email from Panera Bread or a participating franchisee of Panera
Bread accepting the request.
