Women's Self Defense Class

We live in a world that seems a little off balance at this point and we want to make sure every woman is as prepared as possible should the unimaginable happen. This is not something we take lightly! Please invite all the ladies you know and join us for a fun filled evening and learn self defense just in case you ever need it. This is a complimentary event for women and girls only. All ages are welcome and Becca and Patsy can't wait to see you there. Please let us know if you plan to attend so we can have refreshments and mats ready for everyone.
