We will look at my many vessels for tea storage and explain the benefits as well as the best times to switch to a different method.

During the weekend we will drink teas that have been stored in different ways (Kunming Dry, Traditional Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc) to see the how the profiles of each tea changes and also for us to determine what we enjoy best!

A great opportunity for anyone who thinks their home tea tastes a little flat and underwhelming or those who might be outgrowing their current spaces.

Of course everyone else can learn a lot from this experience too not just people already a bit deeper into the tea world. understanding tea storage is a great first step into the world of tea collecting and appreciation.

During the weekend fresh food will be prepared together with local garden ingredients and often inspired by the cuisine of the teas themselves.
