Fire and Water

This workshop style class will showcase the impact and relationship of tea with this two powerful elements.


Tea is mostly made of water so a good source is important. We will compare water from different sources as well as boiled in different materials to see how it affects the tea.


At the same time we will be using charcoal to heat the water and drink teas that have been roasted using charcoal (compared to ones that have been roasted with electricity)
