‘Little Bloomers’ is a joyful spring workshop where kids get to move, create, imagine, and grow—— just like a flower stretching up tall towards the sunshine! ☀️ ? 

We’ll start with a playful yoga adventure inspired by seeds, roots, trees, and blossoms! Together, we’ll curl up like tiny seeds, slowly sprout, and rise tall like strong, beautiful flowers…. ? 

After yoga, we’ll wake up our creativity and make a special blooming art project to celebrate what makes each child unique — their kindness, their bravery, their sparkle, their heart, and of course their WONDER!! ✨ 

The Spring Equinox is a day when light and dark are perfectly balanced. It reminds us that all parts of us matter — the quiet parts, the bright parts, the growing parts….

Little Bloomers is all about:

❤️Growing big and strong
❤️Shining your unique light
