Art & Audio: Book and Art Club

Unwind with an evening made for multitaskers, makers, and audiobook enthusiasts. Bring your current craft project and the audiobook you’re enjoying, or settle in as we listen together to a short story or audio selection chosen for the month—fiction, memoir, essays, and the occasional surprise.

Each session features a rotating set of tools from the library’s craft collection, from the wonderfully simple to the satisfyingly specialized. No consumables are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own materials and experiment with new techniques.

It’s a peaceful, low-pressure space to make progress on your projects, explore audio storytelling, and log some books that you otherwise may not have had time to do. Classics like Alice's Adventures in Wonderland or the Importance of Being Earnest will be mixed in with modern stories from Claire Keegan and Joe Hill.

Donations are always welcome and will be used for future programs and events.
