What to Expect:
* Guided Runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.
* Approx. 1-Hour Duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails.
* All Levels Welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join! We stick together and make sure everyone has a great time.
* Free Participation: No cost to join the fun!
* ? Christmas Cookie Exchange: After the run, stick around to swap your favorite holiday treats! Please bring one dozen (12) of your favorite cookies to share and containers to take home a variety!

Safety & Preparation:
We run in all kinds of weather, so please be prepared!
* Footwear & Hydration: Be sure to wear appropriate trail footwear and consider bringing water.
* Leave Pets at Home: For the comfort of all participants, please refrain from bringing pets.
