Neuro Art is a meditative technique used in art therapy to relieve stress, anxiety and negativity.  This technique is also designed to regulate and heal emotions, create calmness, and promote neuroplasticity.  In this session you will learn the six steps and how each step works in the process of the Neuro Art technique.  This will be a technique that you can take with you and use in your everyday life after you know the technique.  And with the holidays here who couldn't use a stress reliever?!  
Cost for session is $30 and you will receive your own 30 page spiral drawing book and dual tip black drawing pen.  All other coloring supplies and instruction will be provided.
