This is an open-style class where many musical genres will be explored while we celebrate & bring our stories to life.INSTRUCTOR BIO: Angel is a highly intentional, imaginative, certified Master Trainer, with a lifetime of dedication to fitness and wellness at the age of 42. With a focus on dynamic strength and functional fitness, Angel creates a customized journey that harnesses his diverse background (which includes owning/operating successful rage rooms, being a top-rated axe master, holding a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as spending 8 years as a nurse - to name a few). Angel will meet you where you are, and create a lasting, impactful, and personally enjoyable experience that will allow full access to master your own journey…on your own terms. To help make this class as diverse as possible, please invite your LGBTQ+ friends & neighbors to come with you -- so they will know at least one person. And please invite people of all ages (18 & up), abilities, races, religions or none, & fluidity or solidity in how they express gender, sexual orientation, love, and identity. We wamt to embody the rainbow in all its subtle & bold shardesDONATIONS/SCHOLARSHIPS/WORK-EXCHANGE: There is a sliding scale ($10-$20/class or 10 classes for $75) and scholarships & work-exchange are available for people who are low-income. Funds are used to pay instructor, rent (to UU Pittsfield), & Q-MoB for registration & promotion of the class. No one turned away for lack of funds. Hope you’ll check us out & bring friends.
