We begin at Price Memorial AME Zion Church with an intentional networking experience connecting local leaders, business owners, developers, and investors. You’ll gain insight into where the Berkshires are headed in real estate, hospitality, and brick-and-mortar growth, while building relationships that extend beyond the room.

The evening continues at Hot Plate Brewing Co. for a curated mixer designed to foster deeper conversations, partnerships, and long-term collaboration.

SATURDAY
Private Market Tour and Investor Experience

Saturday morning we gather again for a guided Berkshire market tour focused on real opportunities like redevelopment potential, hospitality concepts, conversion properties, and strategic investment plays.

This is where conversations turn into clarity.
Where ideas become partnerships.
Where vision becomes tangible.

Breakfast and snacks are included, along with a drink ticket for Friday evening.

Saturday evening we host an optional meet-up for continued networking and collaboration.

SUNDAY
Bonus Brunch Buffet Experience with DJ Quick from NYC playing reggae, clean hip hop, R&B, Afrobeats and much more! Come dance, laugh, and eat good food with great people!
