This gentle, candle-lit yoga class is designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and ease into the weekend feeling grounded and restored.
Expect feel-good movement, simple and accessible poses, and plenty of time to breathe, stretch, and unwind. With the soft glow of candlelight and a welcoming OPB atmosphere, this class invites you to move with kindness, listen to your body, and let go of the week’s hustle.
