Woman, your breasts matter: A Workshop for Self Love

I am excited to host an event for women, in honor of my friend Melissa's recent breast cancer diagnosis (and in honor of all women who've moved through this particular underworld journey).

This workshop will be in the style of a women's gathering. It will be cozy and connective, as if we are all in my living room and I'm sharing stories I've learned from my great auntie. Grab some tea and settle in.

Illnesses, traumas, surgeries, even beliefs or long-term stresses all have the ability to make us disassociate from our body. But our body is our home, so this workshop is a homecoming.

We'll explore some ideas about embodiment, I'll share a little bit of anatomy and physiology, and I will guide you through some gentle physical movement, breath, and visualization that will help to bring you back into your rightful, loving, comfortable home inside of yourself.
