Develop the foundations for single foot spins that help with axis organization, clean rotations, and on how to organize your body over one standing leg. This technique can build up to the foundations for more advanced concepts such as counterbalance and elevated styling of footwork.

While taught within the context of Brazilian Zouk, this should be applicable to other dance styles as well.


Level: Zouk 1 required, Zouk 2 highly recommended
