Sound Bath: Relax and Restore

Quiet your mind, reduce stress, and sink into deep relaxation as you’re immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. While Amanda Smith guides you through sound healing, Sabrina McQuarrie, owner of Sabrina’s Spells and Crystals, will place ethically sourced crystals on your body to enhance the experience through their vibrational power.

Each attendee will also receive a mini crystal kit to continue your healing and meditation at home.
